Contour Housing Partners (Contour) is a housing preservation firm focused on shaping the housing landscape of America through strategic investments in communities of need. Contour applies the same multifamily real estate experience and techniques realized through Pennrose’s 50-year history creating communities of choice. Our focus is on raising and deploying mission-driven capital towards addressing America’s shortfall in quality affordable housing.
